Job Description:

• Supports human resources management processes through recruiting and organizational development activity.
• Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
• Provides human resources subject matter expertise to leadership.
• Assists with the design, implementation, and monitoring of a variety of human resource programs.
• Develops and implements human resources programs that align with human resources goals.
• Escalates issues or concerns to HR leadership and business unit leadership.
