MISSION 目标
Perform System Engineer and Feature Owner activities for Active Safety products (ADAS) in projects, leading cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Focus on hardware, mechanical and BSW.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
- Feature Ownership: Act as the Function/Feature Owner, leading cross-functional teams throughout the complete feature lifecycle, ensuring feature maturity, requirements compliance, validation completion, risk management, and successful release to production. 功能负责人：担任功能/特性负责人（Feature Owner），统筹跨职能团队完成功能全生命周期管理，确保功能成熟度、需求符合性、验证完成、风险管控以及最终量产发布。
- Stakeholder and System Level Requirements Engineering: Responsible for communicating with external and internal stakeholders to gather and break them down into system-level requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 负责系统级需求设计：负责与外部和内部利益相关者沟通，收集并分解为系统级需求，确保准确性和完整性。
- Collaboration with System Architect: Work closely with the system architect to design the system, ensuring that the design meets requirements and technical standards. 与系统架构师合作：与系统架构师紧密合作进行系统设计，确保设计符合需求和技术标准。
- System Integration Support: Support system integration efforts, including on-board and system-level integration, ensuring seamless interfacing of all modules. 系统集成支持：支持系统集成工作，包括板级和系统级集成，确保所有模块接口匹配。
- Defects Analysis and Tracking: Conduct defects analysis and tracking during the development phase, promptly resolving issues to ensure system stability and reliability. 问题分析和跟踪：在开发阶段进行功能相关的缺陷分析和跟踪，分析和解析ADAS传感器和系统数据，及时解决问题以确保系统稳定性和可靠性。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, mathematics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 电气工程、计算机科学、数学、汽车工程或相关领域的学士学位或更高学历。
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Active Safety systems. with mandatory experience in full product SOP. 至少3年汽车行业经验，优先考虑在主动安全系统的经验。必须具备完整产品量产经验。
Technical Skills Requirements
- Knowledge in Vehicle Communication Technology (CAN, Ethernet etc.) and tools. 具备车辆通信技术（CAN、以太网等）及相关工具的知识。
- Technical understanding of software, electrical, mechanical and verification/validation domains. 具备软件验证领域的技术理解。
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 15288, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, and AIAG & VDA FMEA 熟悉汽车行业标准及开发方法，包括ISO 15288、ISO 26262、ISO/SAE 21434、ASPICE以及AIAG & VDA FMEA。
- Expertise in Requirements Analysis and Traceability, ability to write qualitative requirements.精通需求分析和可追溯性，具备编写高质量需求的能力。
- Experience with defect management systems/tools and change management systems/tools. 具备缺陷管理系统/工具和变更管理系统使用的经验。
- ADCU SoC development experience is preferred. 具备大域控SoC开发经验者。
