Ukrainian Speaking Content Reviewer (on-site)

In this position, you will play a key role in safeguarding the user base of a leading global social media platform. Working alongside a supportive team, your main goal will be to maintain a secure, respectful, and positive environment for millions of everyday users.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Base Salary: €1,237 gross per month (distributed over 12 monthly payments).
• Workweek: 40 hours per week (5 days).
• Schedule: Flexible rotating shifts operating between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday to Sunday.

Core Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst, you will uphold platform integrity and enforce safety guidelines through the following duties:

• Media Review: Examine user-submitted content—such as profile details, text, images, and video media—to ensure full adherence to community guidelines.
• Risk Prevention: Detect, flag, and take down harmful, fraudulent, or abusive posts to protect the online community.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve flagged reports involving account safety, platform abuse, and policy infractions with high accuracy.
• Performance Standards: Maintain an objective, empathetic approach while consistently meeting targets for quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Candidate Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in Ukrainian, alongside strong English proficiency (B2 minimum) for training materials and internal team communication.
• Work Authorization: Must possess a valid EU passport/citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official documentation confirming Refugee Status.
• Resilience: Comfortable evaluating potentially sensitive digital content and working flexible shift rotations in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in content moderation, digital safety, or customer care is a bonus, but not required. We provide full professional training upon hire.
