In this position, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the user base of a top global social media platform. Working alongside a supportive team, your main focus will be maintaining a secure, polite, and welcoming digital space for millions of everyday users.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (paid across 12 monthly payments).
• Workload: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days per week).
• Schedule: Rotating shift patterns running between 07:00 and 24:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst, your central task is to uphold community standards and ensure platform safety through the following daily duties:

• Media Audit: Assess user-generated submissions—including account details, text posts, photos, and video assets—for strict compliance with platform policies.
• Risk Control: Detect, flag, and remove harmful, fraudulent, or policy-breaching material to defend the online community from harm.
• Incident Management: Thoroughly investigate and resolve flagged reports involving account security, platform misuse, and policy infractions with high precision.
• Target Metrics: Maintain an objective and empathetic approach while consistently meeting team benchmarks for speed, accuracy, and volume.

Candidate Qualifications

• Language Requirements: Fluent command of Ukrainian, combined with strong English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for internal communications and corporate training.
• Legal Authorization: Must hold valid EU citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status documentation.
• Adaptability: Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive digital content and working dynamic shift patterns in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Background

Prior experience in online safety, content moderation, or customer care is advantageous, but not required. Complete, fully paid professional training will be provided upon hire.
