Ukrainian Speaking Content Reviewer (on-site)

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (spread across 12 monthly payments).
• Schedule: Standard 40 hours per week (5 working days).
• Shifts: Rotating schedules operating from 07:00 to 24:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst, you will protect community integrity and apply platform rules through the following primary tasks:

• Content Evaluation: Review user-created media—including user profiles, written posts, pictures, and video content—to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Spot and handle unsafe, misleading, or policy-violating material to keep the platform safe from online threats.
• Case Resolution: Thoroughly investigate user reports involving system abuse, profile security, and policy breaches with exceptional accuracy.
• Operational Targets: Balance empathy and objectivity while continuously reaching team metrics for speed, accuracy, and output volume.

Applicant Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent Ukrainian speaker, coupled with strong English skills (B2 level or higher) for internal communications and company training.
• Legal Eligibility: Must possess EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status paperwork.
• Adaptability: Comfortable reviewing sensitive digital content and working flexible shift rotations in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Prior background in online safety, media moderation, or client support is an asset, but full paid onboarding training will be provided to all new hires.
