Qnity Interconnect Solutions 사업의 성장과 함께할 Application Engineering 를 찾고 있습니다. 본 역할은 PCB Circuit -Cu Electroplating 분야의 전문가로서 R&D, Product Line, Commercial 팀과 협업하여 신제품 개발 및 상용화, 공정 적용, 고객 기술 지원을 수행합니다.

주요 업무

• PCB 고객사와 긴밀히 협력하여 요구사항을 파악하고 기존 비즈니스를 유지 및 확대

• 현장 인사이트를 기반으로 신제품 개발 및 상용화 가속화 지원

• Qnity 제품의 다양한 공정 및 장비 적용 확대

• 신규 제품 도입, 설치, 문제 해결 등 기술 서비스 제공

• 상업(영업)팀과 협업하여 고객 맞춤 기술 지원 및 제품 프로모션 수행

• 시장 및 기술 트렌드 기반 Tech-Marketing 인사이트 제공

필요 역량

• 화학, 화학공학, 재료공학 등 관련 전공 (학사 이상)

• PCB 산업 및 Metallization 공정에 대한 전문 지식

• Cu Electroplating 분야 5년 이상 10년 내외 경력

• mSAP/SAP 공정 경험 보유자 우대

• 데이터 분석 및 DOE 활용 역량 (JMP, Minitab, Excel 등)

• 고객 대응 및 기술 영업 역량 및 경험 보유자

• 고객사 방문 및 출장 수행에 문제 없는 자 (국내 30–50%, 해외 연 1–2회)

선호 역량

• 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

• 프레젠테이션 및 협상 능력 우수자
