Als Operations Specialist bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner für Back-Office-Prozesse rund um Krypto- und Fiat-Geschäfte. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in der täglichen Abwicklung, SSI-Management sowie Reconciliation. Du arbeitest eng mit Trading, Risk Management und Kunden zusammen und trägst zur ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation und Compliance bei. ## Aufgaben
- Support daily crypto and fiat treasury
- Operate daily settlement operations
- SSI management
- Investigate on due settlements and work on reconciliation break resolution
- Act as the contact person for the middle office, trading desk, risk management, relationship management and clients referring to back office items
- Ensuring proper documentation of processes for compliance and audits
- Supporting the implementation of new features and improvements with requirements and testing
## Qualifikation
- University degree with a background in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in trustee & depository, custody, clearing, collateral management or banking industry
- Beneficiary: professional experience in a crypto environment
- Quick comprehension as well as a confident and sovereign appearance
- Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
- Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
- Excellent German and English skills
