Industry Sales Manager Animal BioSolutions Brazil

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Delivering assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost.
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering development, and building a high-performance sales culture.
• Maintaining direct relationships with selected high-impact key accounts to stay connected to market needs and demonstrate excellent customer partnerships.
• Translating global and regional sales strategies into actionable territory and account plans aligned with business priorities.
• Partnering with regional technical service, marketing, and central global functions to ensure customer success.
• Owning the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline for the territory and team, ensuring accurate tracking, planning, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and selected corporate priorities
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
• Work closely with sales leaders for Animal Biosolutions, Regional SVP and Global Marketing VP,  Regional Marketing Manager Animal Biosolutions, Regional Technical Service Managers. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• A degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus.
• Strong experience in sales management, including leading and developing high-performing teams, within animal nutrition. 
• Experience in the industry or region covered by the role
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
• Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• 40% travel frequency expected
