Job Description & Summary

Enterprise Managed Services supports organizations in operating, optimizing and transforming critical business and technology processes. Our team combines process excellence, technology enablement and operational delivery to help clients improve efficiency, scalability and business outcomes. We work closely with domestic and international stakeholders, leading complex transformation and managed services engagements while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across client environments.
 

Your future role:

• Lead and develop Enterprise Managed Services projects and operational engagements for local and international clients,
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence and achievement of business objectives,
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key stakeholders,
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and service improvement, leveraging emerging technologies and AI-based solutions where appropriate,
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations and identification of new opportunities,
• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Apply if you have:
• At least 6–8 years of professional experience in managed services, business operations, consulting, outsourcing or a related environment,
• Experience in leading teams and managing complex client-facing projects or service delivery operations,
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels,
• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence methodologies or digital transformation initiatives,
• Very good command of English allowing for effective communication in an international environment,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with global delivery models or shared service environments,
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or similar methodologies/certifications.
