Social Media & Digital Marketing
Salary: Starting at PHP 17,000++, with potential incentives based on skills and performance
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Copywriter to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate can develop compelling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels while adapting to different brands and target audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create compelling captions, headlines, hooks, ad copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to increase engagement and conversions.
- Develop well-researched content for websites, blogs, email marketing, product descriptions, and video scripts.
- Adapt writing styles and messaging according to each client's brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve online visibility and organic search performance.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to generate relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with social media managers, graphic designers, project managers, and other team members.
- Follow content calendars and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Use AI writing and research tools responsibly to improve content quality and productivity.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written English, grammar, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating writing ability and creativity.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused content for US and Canadian audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies, AI writing tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives and deadlines.
- Strong research, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to follow client-specific brand guidelines and continuously learn new marketing trends.
Equipment Requirements:
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Core i3/Core i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor) and 8 GB RAM).
- Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
- Internet: Wired connection; minimum of 30 Mbps.
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord.
