Description
Position: Social Media Specialist
Number of hours: Full-Time / Part-Time | 20–40 Hours per Week
Schedule: Dubai Timezone
Key Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online presence.
Integrate AI tools into social media workflows to enhance content creation, campaign planning, audience research, content optimization, and overall marketing efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze social media metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Proven experience with AI integration in social media marketing, including the use of AI tools to support content creation, campaign management, audience analysis, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media best practices, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, including:
Case studies of campaigns they personally managed.
Sample social media content, creatives, and content calendars.
- Campaign performance statistics, such as:
Audience growth
Reach and impressions
Engagement rate
Click-through rate (CTR)
Leads or conversions generated
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), if applicable
A brief explanation of the AI tools used and how they contributed to improving campaign performance, efficiency, or content quality.
