JOB PURPOSE

Odpowiedzialność za wspieranie biznesu w regionie EMEA poprzez dostarczanie analiz finansowych, planowanie i monitorowanie wyników oraz partnerstwo biznesowe dla funkcji komercyjnych i wspierających. Stanowisko obejmuje identyfikację ryzyk, wspieranie procesu podejmowania decyzji oraz współpracę z kadrą zarządzającą w celu realizacji celów biznesowych i finansowych. Dodatkowo rola obejmuje przygotowywanie analiz ad hoc oraz zapewnienie odpowiedniego nadzoru finansowego i kontroli wewnętrznej.

This role is responsible for managing EMEA region within the business providing critical finance business partnering services to either a commercial and/or support function in the EMEA region. They will be part of a team responsible for long and short term financial planning, developing and reporting on weekly operational and business performance metrics, and providing analytical support for Sales/Functional/Senior Leadership Management.

Business Partner will be a key risk/controllership gateway for the business and requires a candidate with strong communication and statistical skills. A portion of the time will be spent on ad hoc analysis to support the growing business needs.

PAY RANGE

165,600.00 - 207,000.00 - 248,400.00 PLN Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Współpraca z zespołami finansowymi w zakresie raportowania zarządczego.
• Obsługa i kontrola procesów rabatowych, w tym weryfikacja kalkulacji i rozliczeń.
• Standaryzacja procesów i wdrażanie dobrych praktyk w regionie EMEA.
• Realizacja analiz oraz projektów ad hoc zgodnie z potrzebami biznesu.

• Licencjat z finansów, rachunkowości, ekonomii lub pokrewnej dziedziny; preferowane są kwalifikacje zawodowe (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA lub równoważne) lub trwający proces ich uzyskiwania.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the key partner for the chosen commercial/ function leader on finance and performance management issues
• Acting as an effective interface between the commercial/functional area and the rest of the business
• Business support for actual review and planning
• Interpret financial performance of the business, identifying risks and challenges
• Working closely with the rest of the finance department to ensure management accounts are representative of business performance
• The role is to provide a forward looking and commercial view supported by financial data.

• Process rebate requests and approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Validate rebate calculations and support the reconciliation of rebate accruals and settlements.
• Identify issues and potential resolutions, and opportunities related to the area of support. Identify patterns and predict potential issues/opportunities 
• Standardize and implement good practices in all the regions
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the business

What We're Looking For

• A commercially minded finance professional who can turn financial data into actionable business insights and influence decision-making.
• Experience in business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and practical solutions.
• A collaborative communicator who can build trusted relationships across functions and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, process standardisation, and driving business performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
