You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support security-related operations, and provide outstanding customer service to travelers and staff. Use communication and computer skills to document activities and respond to concerns while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Requirements:

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

 

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when assigned, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the appropriate airport representatives and/or emergency personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
