Service Owner – Logistics Applications
(NYCE WMS & Relex Supply Chain Planning)

As a Service Owner, you will hold end-to-end accountability for our NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning services. You will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, service performance based on SLA and KPI's, governance, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
You will act as the primary link between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that our logistics application services remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Your work will be essential in ensuring that our business-critical logistics services continue to deliver value while supporting STARK's ongoing digital transformation journey.
What will success look like?
As Service Owner, success is measured by your ability to create reliable, well-governed services that support our logistics operations today while preparing them for tomorrow. The role is about more than maintaining systems. It is about driving service performance,, security, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring continuous improvements across both business processes and technology.
During your first 6 months, we expect you to:
Build a strong understanding of our logistics processes, service landscape, and governance model.
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Logistics, Supply Chain, IT teams, and our vendors.
Take ownership of service agreement, service performance, service reviews, and ongoing governance activities.
Gain insight into current service challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, integrations, releases and service enhancements with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Within your first year, you will have:
Established yourself as the trusted Service Owner for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning.
Defined and implemented service governance principles, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
Strengthened collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
Improved service stability, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
In the longer term, you will:
Drive service maturity and operational excellence across the logistics application landscape.
Define and execute service roadmaps aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and business value creation.
Ensure that supported services remain scalable, resilient, and fit for future business needs.
Team, Reporting Line & Collaboration
You will be part of Group IT and report to the Head of Standard Application Support. You will join a team focused on delivering stable services, strong governance, and the continuous evolution of business-critical applications supporting our logistics operations.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, IT Service Desk, Application Support, and Infrastructure teams. You will also work extensively with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure service quality, performance, problem management and continuous improvement.
As Service Owner, you will play a key role in bringing business and IT together, ensuring that priorities, roadmaps, and operational improvements remain aligned across the organisation.

You are motivated by improving services, building strong partnerships, and ensuring that technology delivers measurable business value.
We place great emphasis on your experience with:
Service Ownership, Application Management, Service Delivery Management, or similar roles.
NYCE WMS or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
Relex Supply Chain Planning solutions and related business processes.
ITIL-based service management and governance frameworks.
Vendor management, service reviews, and stakeholder management.
Service performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
