HONOR Business Development Executive - Hybrid

Full time, PermanentSalary: £31,000/annum + up to £6K bonus + company car + mobile officeWorking: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 days over 7 days)Territory: North East England

 

 

Responsibilities

• Role split - This is a varied role combining field-based store visits with call centre activity, with your time typically split approximately: 50% Store Visits and 50% Call Centre Activity – visiting stores across the North East territory 
• Deliver HONOR’s product and field strategy through targeting underperforming stores, using field insight to drive maximum ROI
• Identify and investigate top sell out stores performance and share of best practices to a wider cohort of stores
• Lead, manage, develop, and inspire brand loyalty and sales performance within a cluster of stores
• Own the cluster of stores from an HONOR commercial perspective by developing and delivering sales strategies which achieve sales targets
• Network within the technology community to build a following for each regional BDE recognising opportunities and providing essential feedback
• Work alongside current HONOR team adding value and support colleague’s regions in a targeted approach
• Conduct regular visits to mobile operator call centres as required by HONOR
• Lead all call centre training and events, providing ROI status for each, with opportunities for development
• Share call centre training and event training numbers and best practice to the field force and wider HONOR team
• Deliver impactful HONOR product and promotional training to call centre staff and management

What we are looking for:

• Mobile Phone industry experience
• Sales or training experience
• Event support experience
• Call centre/ contact centre experience
• Business Development experience
• Passion for achieving sales targets
• Full manual driving license for at least 12 months
