Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of complex data and real-world operations? We are seeking a high-impact Senior Analyst to join our team as a core functional specialist. This is a mission-critical role where you will not just support the operation—you will actively architect the strategies that drive it.

This is a holistic role that acts as the connective tissue across all operational teams, ensuring alignment and driving high-velocity execution.

You will serve as the engine behind our most ambitious operational goals. We aren't looking for someone to just execute tasks; we are looking for a proactive problem-solver who sees the "big picture," identifies inefficiencies, and transforms them into scalable competitive advantages. From city-level portfolio management to large-scale cross-functional projects, you will own the outcome, the process, and the insight.

Role Responsibilities

You will be the functional specialist driving analysis and execution, evolving our systems and processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Architect: Design and deploy growth strategies for a portfolio of cities, moving beyond simple management to setting the objectives that teams depend on.

• Operational Bridge: Act as the primary operational authority, facilitating seamless cross-team collaboration and ensuring data flows effectively to drive decision-making.

• Insight-Driven Performance: Own the narrative behind our metrics. You won't just monitor city performance; you will derive the actionable insights that influence our business strategy.

• Project Leadership: Take the reins on complex, high-stakes initiatives. You will define the roadmap, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure we move with speed and precision.

Role Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Strategy, Operations, or Analyst roles. While direct product experience is a plus, we prioritize candidates with a high "learning velocity" and a proven track record of solving tough, ambiguous problems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline).

• Data-Driven Mindset: SQL proficiency is essential, and you are fluent in the language of data, able to translate complex data into clear, persuasive business strategies.

• Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.

• Collaborative Influence: You are a "people-person" who can align disparate teams around a single goal and adapt communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Independent Ownership: You excel with minimal guidance, identifying problems proactively and solving them with autonomy and agility.
