Join our marketing communications team where you'll develop impactful campaigns that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Marketing Communications Specialist II, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you'll create compelling content, manage events, and optimize marketing campaigns that connect our innovative solutions with customers who are solving some of science's toughest challenges.
You'll manage the planning and execution of marketing initiatives including tradeshows, seminars, webinars, digital campaigns, and social media programs while ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communications. Managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate deliverables, track budgets, and measure campaign effectiveness to continuously improve our marketing impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of B2B marketing communications experience, preferably in a scientific or technology company
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related scientific field
• Additional marketing or communications certifications valued
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellence in written and verbal communication across all channels
• Experience developing marketing collateral and managing events
• Expertise in brand guidelines and corporate messaging standards
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Business-level English language skills required, additional language capabilities valued
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media management
• Budget management and vendor coordination experience
• Travel required up to 30-40% for events and meetings
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
