Monitor personnel and operational requirements, establish priorities, and independently follow issues through resolution while keeping program leadership informed of significant risks or changes.
Adapt processes and priorities in response to changing customer requirements, staffing needs, and program conditions.
Maintain appropriate program documentation, records, and status information and provide updates and recommendations to Program Management as needed.
Support access and personnel coordination requirements at customer facilities consistent with established program and security procedures.
Perform work at customer facilities as required by contract and mission needs, currently anticipated to be no less than 75% of working time.
Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with program leadership, customers, candidates, employees, and functional organizations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information, deadlines, and competing requirements with limited day-to-day supervision.
Desired:
Previous experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or another highly regulated federal customer environment.
