As a ServiceNow Senior Business Process consultant, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges. This position demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with practical implementation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing and documenting business processes to support technology implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
