Details of the Division and Team:
Trust and Securities Services (TSS) - Custody & Fund Services (C&F) business is part of the Corporate Bank division in Deutsche Bank.
The role is in the Client Management & Service (CMS) team of TSS – C&F. This is a client facing role and the individual should be able to manage both domestic as well as off-shore/cross border clients for Custody & Fund Services.

Your key responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
Handle timely responses, provide oversight and act as escalation contact for service-related topics by applying highest standards resulting in positive experience for clients.
Work closely with various stakeholders like Coverage, Sales, Product Managers, Operations and Technology to resolve roadblocks to facilitate timely service delivery to clients and enable organic growth as well as additional business from existing and new clients
Liaises with overseas teams to ensure globally / regionally consistent high standards in service solutions for clients.
Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
Organize regular client meetings and formal service performance reviews with clients according to strategic priorities and client needs.
Monitor the service delivery quality delivered.
Work with clients for additional / new business development
Contributes to Continuous Improvement in activities leading to operational efficiencies and increase in Business.
Work with stakeholders to carry-out KYC recertification within the prescribed timeframe and continuous vigilance responsibility.
Ensure all client deliverables meet the agreed timelines.
Working knowledge on electronic banking platforms and self-service apps.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client Services managing Custody clients.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Securities Clearing & Settlement, Corporate Actions, and Global and Local Custody products and processes.
Proven track record in managing and servicing institutional client relationships, delivering high-quality client experience and issue resolution..
Working knowledge of KYC, Client Onboarding, and regulatory requirements associated with custody and securities services.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and escalating critical issues to senior management in a timely and appropriate manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with experience supporting or leading client implementations, onboarding initiatives, and large-scale migration projects.
Ability to independently manage assigned client portfolios and engage effectively with clients, operations, product partners, and senior stakeholders to drive timely resolution of service matters and agreed deliverables.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through regular client interactions, service reviews, issue updates, and effective influencing of stakeholders across multiple levels.
Highly organized, with proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple client deliverables, escalations, and project milestones concurrently within agreed turnaround times and deadlines.
Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a track record of identifying service improvements, supporting change initiatives, and resolving issues in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
