Overview
Element has an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business.
This individial will drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans and acts as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unit.
Responsibilities
The HR Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day HR operations across two business entities.
- Manage and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Supporting recruitment activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with payroll preparation for blue collar & white collar, employee benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related enquiries.
- Coordinate the annual performance review cycle and monitor completion rates.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and supporting documentation as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.
Skills / Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience is required for thisposition
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies for both Singapore andMalaysia
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation for both Singaporeand Malaysia
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues offoreign workers
