Responsibilities

Provides customer service to all Piedmont Healthcare employees, executives, a nd physic ians. The HR Sha red Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services to clinical and non-clinical s taff across the healthcare organization. Operating within a centralized HR shared services model, this position handles a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring timely and acc urate s upport to empl oyees, managers, and HR partners in a high-compliance, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services (call center) environment required
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits inquiries Preferred
