  • Produce aged debt reports and other financial reports as required.
  • Escalate high-risk or problematic accounts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding debt and collection activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, insurers, consultants and colleagues.
  • Support month-end processes and other finance activities as required.
  • Ensure timely responses to requests for information and documentation.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive and organised approach to debtor management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience of finance or patient administration systems would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience within a healthcare environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

In Return We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Private Healthcare
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Excellent Training and Development Opportunities
