More about the role


This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Key Account Manager Professional Indoor Projects in Bogotá, Colombia with Signify.

  • Manage strategic key accounts and customer relationships across the project ecosystem, including installers, contractors, specifiers, consultants, partners, and end users.

  • Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability by developing account strategies, identifying project opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations.

  • Lead medium and large lighting projects end-to-end, from early design and tender stages through execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored lighting solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Manage project performance and commercial activities, including forecasting, CRM updates, pricing, margin analysis, proposals, and the promotion of connected, digital, and sustainable lighting solutions.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Project Sales within the lighting or a related industry.

  • Proven experience managing complex B2B customer relationships and driving profitable business growth.

  • Experience working with specifiers, consultants, contractors, and customers across both public and private sectors.

  • Sales or Project Management certification is preferred.

*This is an on-site position located in Bogotá, Colombia.
