Role summary:
We are seeking a results driven professional to join Walmart Connect (WMC) as a Sr Manager with expertise in Forecasting, FP&A, and Financial Modeling. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through high-quality financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

We are a data driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with WMC business leadership  to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver shareholder value while helping our customers save money and live better.
What you'll do:

• Lead Forecasting and Financial Modeling processes to inform business strategy and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key metrics.
• Partner with leaders across Walmart Connect to align forecasts with business objectives and evaluate performance against targets.
• Provide scenario modeling and variance analysis to support investment decisions and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities, leveraging automation and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Building Cross-Functional Relationships – Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements
• Providing Accurate Financial Projections and Variance Analysis – Provide input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling in partnership with cross-functional areas
• Improving Processes – Identify and fix gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility, accuracy, and connectivity between functions
• Identifying and Resolving Operational Gaps and Opportunities – Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives; provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects; and provide insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and business trends

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
