Job Description:
Position Summary and Purpose
Under the direct supervision of the Service Center Manager this position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehousing activities by implementing quality, productivity, production, and customer service standards. The position is responsible for achieving the appropriate level of volume within relevant time limits. The goal is to ensure that daily operations are not just met but exceeded. The position also plans, participates, and supervises the operations of the Service Center. This role also evaluates team members performance by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other metrics.
Essential Functions:
• Assists the Service Center Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Directs all duties being performed by employees, maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees.
• Identifies appropriate process improvements and better ways to do the job.
• Enforces safety standards.
• Sets standards for productivity and quality
• Maintains overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Performs labeling, sorting, wrapping, picking, receiving, packing, and repacking as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Functions:
• Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements
(Education, Experience, Licensure and Certification)
Education:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Experience:
• Warehousing or supply chain background preferred.
• Forklift operator preferred
• Driving Company vehicles including box truck and delivery van preferred.
Licensure:
• Minimum license requirements: Valid Driver’s License

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities critical to this role:
• Ability to retrieve, analyze and input data.
Language Ability:
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to break down problems or tasks; scanning one’s own knowledge and experience to identify causes and consequences of events.
Computer Skills:
• Previous WMS knowledge preferred
• Ability to operate in multiple systems effectively
• Previous wearable technology preferred
