Parts Support - Maintenance

Pay: $17.00 per hour

 

Shift & Working Hours: Hours are flexible, approximately 20 hours minimum per week, between 7:00 am-3:00 pm.

 

Location: Spencer, WI

 

Description of Job Tasks:

Inventory Management

• Frequency – Daily/Weekly
• Time Commitment – 10 min/60 min
• Skill – Basic organization and math
• Task – Maintaining records.

 

Parts Organization

• Frequency – Daily/Weekly
• Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min
• Skill – Basic organization
• Task – Cataloging inventory to ensure it is organized and in the correct location.

 

Housekeeping

• Frequency – Daily/Weekly
• Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min
• Skill – Basic organization
• Task – – Daily cleaning of the parts crib to ensure it meets cleanliness standards.

 

Legible Record Keeping

• Frequency – Daily/Weekly
• Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min
• Skill – Basic organization
• Task – Maintaining records.

 

Misc.

• Frequency – Daily/Weekly
• Time Commitment – 10 min/50 min
• Skill – To be determined.
• Task – As needed.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in cycle counting and inventory
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

 

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
