About the role

Reporting to our General Manager of Marketing, you'll take ownership of our digital marketing performance across the Group.

You'll lead a team of three specialists across websites, EDM, CRM and digital marketing, while working closely with our brand teams, sales teams and external agencies.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking, data and technology to deliver real results.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and delivering digital marketing strategies across multiple brands

• Driving lead generation, customer engagement and conversion through digital channels

• Managing paid digital advertising campaigns and agency partnerships to maximize performance and return on investment

• Overseeing website performance, user experience and conversion optimization

• Leading major website redevelopment projects, including Sherridon Homes and SOHO Living

• Improving the customer journey from initial online enquiry through to lead handover to Sales

• Managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and customer engagement strategies

• Using analytics and reporting to identify opportunities, improve performance and guide business decisions

• Working closely with Sales and IT to improve digital systems, integrations and processes

• Overseeing the digital presence of Marque, including website, SEO, social media and paid advertising

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of digital marketing specialists

About you

We're looking for someone who understands that great digital marketing isn't just about clicks and impressions. It's about delivering meaningful results.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams and significant advertising budgets

• A strong background in performance marketing, paid media and digital lead generation

• Experience across websites, SEO, user experience and conversion optimization

• A solid understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation and customer journeys

• Experience managing external digital agencies and marketing partners

• Exposure to major digital projects, such as website rebuilds, CRM migrations or platform integrations

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical business improvements

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and collaborating across different departments

• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery

• A genuine interest in new digital technologies, emerging platforms and smarter ways of working

Experience in industries such as automotive, financial services, insurance, education or other customer-focused sectors would be highly regarded.
