Sales Representative 

The Sales Representative at Folium Medical Device is a crucial member of our organization. They work as ambassadors to our existing and potential customers. This dynamic position plays a key role in maintaining the momentum of the business and is fundamental in achieving set targets. Undertaking a mix of telephone and face-to-face meetings, the Sales Representative will articulate the benefits of our state-of-the-art medical devices and persuade prospective clients to procure them. Key Responsibilities: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities with existing and new clients. Building business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate sales. Maintaining updated knowledge of products, patient needs, and competitor activity. Developing customized targeted sales strategies to optimize outreach. Creating and presenting proposals to potential clients and negotiating contracts to close agreements. Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably with a medical device organization. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex medical terminology to a diverse customer base. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to build solid relationships with clients.
