Welcome and a warm hello from all of us here at Sungrow!As Key Account Manager ESS - Ukraine, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Energy Storage business in a fast-growing and strategically important market. Acting as the trusted partner for our customers, you will connect their needs with our cutting-edge ESS solutions and help drive the energy transition forward.Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage key ESS customers and projects across the Ukrainian market
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal technical, service, and operations teams
• Collect, structure, and translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical solutions
• Monitor and analyze competitor solutions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and structured reporting
• Achieve annual sales targets and actively contribute to building local market share
• Represent Sungrow at national and international trade fairs, congresses, and customer events

Your profile

All right, all right - sounds exciting, doesn’t it?
To feel confident, successful, and happy in this role long-term, your background should look very much like this:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, with a strong affinity for electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, ideally within the ESS, solar, or renewable energy sector
• Solid understanding of energy storage systems, photovoltaics, inverters, and BOS, combined with a strong commercial mindset
• Ukrainian and English language skills at minimum B2 level according to CEFR; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus
• Confident user of MS Office tools and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis (around 50%)
