The Office of the Governor of North Carolina is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to support the work of the Office of Constituent Engagement. They will assist our Constituent Services Coordinators with the archiving process for all documentation that our office receives from constituents and other state agencies. They will additionally be assisting the OCE team with drafting letters, drafting awards, and building relationships with other departments and agencies across the state. This internship is unpaid paid with a one-time stipend. This posting is recruiting for three intern positions.
Internship Details
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: 15 weeks (minimum of 15 hours/week)
Term Dates: August 17, 2026 – December 4, 2026
Compensation: Internship offers a competitive one-time stipend of $560.00.
Key roles duties:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in public service, government, and current events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism, reliability, and discretion are essential
