About the Role
Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of business solutions that address complex organizational needs and drive measurable business value. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate across teams to translate business objectives into functional designs, improve business processes, and help ensure solutions are aligned with both current and future business requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements to support solution delivery.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or a related discipline.
• Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Expert proficiency in Business Model Strategy.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and business requirements.
• Ability to identify business challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or a related discipline.
• Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Expert proficiency in Business Model Strategy.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and business requirements.
