As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining an organization's structure and workflows to understand how its business model aligns with technological systems. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning improved future processes or solutions. The position demands extensive research and the ability to gather and integrate diverse information sources to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
