Senior Relationship Manager - FX Whitelabel Partnerships
Ebury London - Office based
A new position has become available to enable our growing Whitelabel team to expand. As a Key Account Manager in the team you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of business and ensuring it continues to grow.
What you’ll do
- Regular client meetings with directors to discuss current performance
- Develop strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners
- Work to generate additional revenue for our partners and training them on Ebury's products and capabilities
- Working with Ebury teams to ensure service levels are maintained for partners
- Working with the sales team to generate new business
- Ensuring partners follow Ebury AMLs processes
- Giving Ebury feedback on how to improve processes and systems to help our partners and clients
What you’ll need
- Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organisation, coming from FX background with FX Dealing experience
- Ideally this person will have worked with a network of Whitelabel partners / Program Managers in the past
- Ideally with a business/finance academic background.
