This role works cross-functionally and facilitates effective communication with Goodyear HQ and Field Account teams including: sales support, marketing, supply chain, customers, and external partners to ensure programs and projects are executed on time and within budget.
Why This Role Matters
Leads and executes strategic initiatives across three major customer accounts, serving as a key liaison between account directors, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success.
Plays a critical role in improving operational performance by managing budgets, supporting supply and demand planning, and ensuring alignment between sales, supply chain, and account leadership teams.
Drives accountability and project execution across multiple stakeholders, leveraging strong project management, business intelligence reporting, and data analysis to deliver measurable business results.
Directly supports volume and margin growth objectives by identifying opportunities, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring key customer initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
What you'll do
Drive topline revenue and margin performance by supporting pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and volume planning activities.
Partner with account teams to develop fact-based selling tools, customer scorecards, and performance insights that directly support customer negotiations and growth initiatives.
Own forecasting, tracking, and analysis of revenue, shipments, mix, and profitability versus plan; identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Support annual operating plans, customer joint business plans (JBPs), and incremental revenue-building initiatives.
Act as the central liaison between field sales teams and Akron-based functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, Category Management, and Pricing.
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and decision-making to enable fast, coordinated execution of customer initiatives.
Translate customer needs and field feedback into clear action items for cross-functional partners, while communicating Akron-driven strategies to the field.
Lead recurring operating rhythms (weekly/monthly business reviews) to ensure clarity, accountability, and follow-through.
Lead high-impact projects and strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue performance, operational efficiency, or customer execution (e.g., assortment resets, pricing architecture changes, new product launches, or system/process improvements).
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within sales operations and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Own coordination and continuous improvement of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that track KPIs such as revenue, share, mix, inventory, in-stocks, and promotional effectiveness.
Leverage internal systems and data sources to provide actionable insights, not just reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all Walmart and Club reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial analytics, finance, or related functions.
Experience supporting large retail customers and cross-functional commercial organizations.

Expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business planning.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
