Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Generative AI presents an exciting opportunity to derive valuable insights from data and to drive revenue growth, efficiencies, and improved business processes. Global Markets Technology collaborates closely with all eight lines of business across the Enterprise in the design and buildout of the Orchestra AI Enterprise platform.
The platform will cater to a growing number of use cases that harness the power of Generative AI, leveraging both proprietary and opensource models. The Orchestra AI Platform will be built on a complex infrastructure landscape including cloud services, on-premises GPU compute, no-SQL databases, vector databases, microservices, batch schedulers and user interfaces.
This job is responsible for Product Portfolio Execution & Communication
Accountable for driving operating discipline, and alignment across the Product portfolio.
Owning the end-to-end product operating model—including executive communications, portfolio roadmap, decision materials, and governance cadence—ensuring leadership has clear, actionable visibility into priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress.
Work in close partnership with product leads to translate technical delivery into coherent product narratives tied to business outcomes and enterprise AI strategy, while maintaining a consolidated view of portfolio health, co-development efforts with Use Cases, and execution status.
Orchestrates cross-team alignment across onboarding, platform, release/QA, and UI, actively manages risks and dependencies, and ensures follow-through on leadership decisions.
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Manages program financials and supports resource planning
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Able to work with stakeholder teams to define and articulate business and functional requirements for technology deliverables in the Gen AI domain
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of business analysis and project management experience
1 – 5 years of Release / Change management at the Bank (ITSM, Release Manager, JIRA, PPRT etc)
Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology for software delivery.
Competence in Product Increment planning
Experience in financial program management
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
High sense of urgency with ability to drive results
Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with turning ambiguity into a defined problem and potential resolution
Ability to apply a logical approach to problem solving
Able to apply strategic long-term thinking to local and immediate problems
Demonstrated project/program management capability
Experience of program/project management within a top tier investment bank
Experience of projects in Technology and comfort with technical terms/concepts
Strong prioritization, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Ability to work across business groups and regions and in a team environment
Strong presentation skills and able to tailor communication to suit the audience
Ability to pull together decks and drawing flows, etc.
