Description
Product Owner/BA experience in Banking or Cards domain
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the BA team in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed requirement specifications that can be used to guide project development
- Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Manage change requests, track project progress and escalate issues as needed
Skills:
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
- Minimum XX years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience leading a team of BAs
- Exposure to different industries and domains
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues
- Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
