Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, quoting, claims processing, audits, endorsements, certificates, and billing.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits:
- 80% employer-paid medical insurance.
- 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities
- Manage a $3 million book of business, including small to middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from small to $100,000+.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting, claims processing, audits, endorsements, certificates, and billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuing education opportunities, which are fully supported and encouraged by the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven track record of handling both new and renewal business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
