This position reports to:
Quality Control Manager__
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will partecipate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
PPAP Management
Define and standardize PPAP documentation templates and requirements for suppliers.
Identify and implement an effective method for collecting and managing supplier PPAP documentation within SAP.
Standardize the process for collection, review, approval, and archiving of supplier PPAP documentation.
Manage PPAP timelines and ensure suppliers meet required submission deadlines.
Quality Documentation
Define and implement standard documentation templates and procedures within the Incoming Quality Control department, including:
Test Reports
Sampling Plans for Supplier Qualification and Approval
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Sample Management
Align sample management processes with digital methodologies.
Define and implement a controlled process covering the majority of sampling and qualification scenarios.
Involve the Quality Control team in process definition and collaborate with Industrialization and Procurement to ensure a stable and sustainable implementation.
Engineering Changes and Drawing Revisions
Lead the transformation of the drawing revision and engineering change management process in collaboration with Engineering and Industrialization.
Minimize unnecessary material handling and Incoming Quality Control activities caused by insufficient information flow within the supply chain.
SAP QM Development and Governance
Promote and coordinate the extension of SAP QM utilization across Supplier Quality and Incoming Inspection processes.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of SAP QM methodologies for supplier material blocking and release management.
Implement SAP QM standards for the planning and execution of periodic inspections on critical components.
Define and maintain dedicated SAP QM inspection plans for critical components, leveraging advanced statistical analysis capabilities.
Ensure the maintenance and continuous update of SAP master data related to critical components and associated quality control requirements.
Qualifications for the Role
Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Management).
Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
Knowledge of electrical diagrams and technical drawings (2D-3D) and Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies (DMAIC-8D-Ishikawa)
Use of SAP management systems, Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI.
Six-sigma yellow/green belt certification is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
Teamwork, Problem Solving and Leadership skills in cross-functional problem management.
Fluency in English (medium level both written and spoken) and good knowledge of Italian.
Compensation Package

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: € 36.000,00
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
