The ideal candidate is a proactive floor presence and team mentor who thrives on high-volume service flow, maintaining exceptional guest engagement while driving daily front-of-house excellence
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly service flow across 200–300 daily covers, maintaining a floor-focused leadership presence to ensure an elevated guest experience
. - Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff—including hosts, servers, support teams, and bartenders—fostering team buy-in and deep product knowledge
. - Manage front-of-house labor budgets, optimize staff scheduling, and monitor revenue drivers like table turns and seating efficiency
. - Serve as the primary leader of guest relations on the floor, resolving service friction with empathy and proactively driving guest retention
. - Collaborate closely with executive culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH communication, fluid menu rollouts, and efficient pacing
. - Partner with internal events leadership to support private dining and buyout execution through strategic FOH staffing and service briefings
. - Maintain rigorous standards for floor organization, service pacing, cleanliness, and full local alcohol control compliance

Position Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive front-of-house leadership experience within high-volume, upscale casual, or fine dining concepts
. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire service teams through a positive, hands-on, and empathetic leadership style
. - Strong financial acumen regarding FOH labor management, reservation forecasting, and operational cost controls
. - Passion for local food culture, beverage excellence, and authentic, warm guest service
. - Outstanding communication skills with a growth mindset focused on operational improvement and elevated standards
. - Flexibility to work peak operational hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
.
Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
