Senior Service Engineer, Hydraulic

We are seeking for a Senior Service Engineer, Hydraulic to provide professional on‑site hydraulic services – including commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance – for customers in the finishing area, while proactively developing hydraulic business opportunities, managing related projects, and ensuring high‑level customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out and follow up tasks assigned by line manager or company
  Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
• Follow the department and personal KPI
• Study finishing area hydraulic drawing and understand the drawing design principle
• Hydraulic related customer on site troubleshooting
• Develop hydraulic related business
• Manage hydraulic test tools and keep tools in good condition
• Manage hydraulic related project.
• To work as project manager, create project working schedule, arrange manpower, control cost, make cost analyze to improve on site working efficiency.
• Maintenance and check project data in ERP, make sure all project data follow company rules.
• Service project kick-off meeting, project coordination, wrap off meeting.
• Sales leading during project and keep good communication with customer.

Expectations for you:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years working experience in hydraulic design or maintenance work
• Good speaking and writing English
• Must be able to use PC with regular office software (MS Word, Excel, CAD PowerPoint, Project…) and computer aided designing tools.
• Has the potential competence to handle the responsible business independently
• Self-motivation, willing to expand the responsible area within a developing organization.
