The Senior Manager (Marketing & Communications) leads the development and execution of WGS's marketing and communications strategy, positioning WGS as a vibrant cultural and heritage destination that serves the diverse needs of the community. The role drives resident engagement and awareness of WGS's programmes, services, and facilities through integrated communications across multiple channels and platforms.[What you will be working on]
- Develop and implement WGS's annual marketing and communications work plan, including budget forecasts and management, to support the hub's strategic positioning as an integrated cultural and heritage destination.
- Plan and execute above-the-line and below-the-line communications collateral across digital, social media, and physical channels to drive visitorship and promote awareness of WGS's programmes, services, and facilities.
- Manage WGS's social media presence, overseeing content planning, creation, and publication to ensure consistent brand messaging and sustained audience engagement.
- Identify and develop partnerships with tenants, merchants, and community partners — including those along the Geylang Serai Cultural Belt — to co-create joint promotional initiatives and loyalty programmes that add value for residents and visitors.
