German-Speaking Customer Service Consultant
Cape Town, South Africa | On-Site | Start Date: Sept/October 2026
Fluent in German (B2–C2) and looking for an exciting opportunity by the coast? Join an international online retail project supporting customers in German and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Deliver professional service in German and English
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Requirements
- German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- Good command of English
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
