We have an opportunity for an Procurement Administrator to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- You manage procurement administration across FM, EBME, capital equipment and infrastructure requirements, including monitoring the Capital Procurement Inbox and responding to routine enquiries.
- You raise and administer RFQs, RFPs and Purchase Orders using Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2, ensuring information is complete, accurate and appropriately authorised.
- You issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and ensure relevant hospital and internal stakeholders receive appropriate information.
- You maintain the EBME Master Tracker, ensuring purchase order, supplier, delivery and associated information remains accurate and current.
- You upload contracts and supporting documentation to the Atamis Contract Management System and maintain accurate contract records.
- You act as a helpful and responsive point of contact for hospital teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding procurement administration.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- A Level qualification or equivalent education/experience.
- Previous experience within an administration, procurement support or similar coordination role.
- Experience maintaining databases, trackers, records or management information.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong numerical, analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work accurately within agreed deadlines.
