We're looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to join our Productivity team and help shape the future of workplace technology. You'll play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring our productivity platforms remain secure, reliable, and easy to use.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you'll be a trusted technical expert within Workplace Technology. You'll lead complex initiatives, provide technical leadership across our productivity platforms, and help drive adoption of modern workplace technologies.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across BNZ, solve complex challenges, mentor team members, and contribute to the future direction of our workplace technology services.
What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Leading and enhancing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Stream, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Driving adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Adobe, and workplace productivity tools.
Supporting AI innovation through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Providing technical leadership during incidents, problem resolution, and platform improvements.
Mentoring and coaching team members while sharing technical expertise.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI technologies.
Knowledge of security and governance in enterprise environments.
Experience delivering cloud migration, technology adoption, or workplace transformation initiatives.
7+ years' experience in workplace technology, cloud, or related technology disciplines.
