Zoetis Facilities Manager – Bangkok Thailand

Scope of work

·       This on-site position will represent Global Operations (GO) as the key point of contact for the business in relation to global operation delivery services. This person will work and regularly communicate with Zoetis APAC GO lead to ensure alignment of strategy and initiatives.

·       To oversee and manage the day-to-day delivery of Global Operations contracts. Examples are cleaning, equipment maintenance, daily beverage services, reception management, mail services, and conference room management (inclusive of its stationery).

·       To keep effective documentation of contracts KPI and expiry. To work with Zoetis APAC GO lead to renew or establish new contracts.

·       To initiate and raise necessary PO to vendors for contracts and fit out work. To ensure payment are correct and timely.

·       To work with business on their growth/space needs and restack work. Scope will include liaising with different vendors for quotation or proposal. Test fit and proposal to be shared with Zoetis APAC GO/Business leads prior to implementation.

·       To always maintain an up-to-date layout plan.

·       To work with respective security team to coordinate on ID card issuance.

·       To perform regular checks on office compliance to EHS.

·       To act as a liaison between business and landlord on car parking needs, after office hours air-conditioning, necessary repairs by landlord and fit out work.

·       To perform within reason new or additional assignment assigned by the Zoetis APAC GO lead. Skill set, bandwidth, and workload will be considered in case of new assignment.

 

Skills & Experience

·       Degree in building management or facilities related subject is preferred. Degree in other discipline is welcome if you have related experience. Diploma with at least 5 years related working experience will be considered.

·       At least 2-3 years’ experience working with businesses on their day-to-day facilities needs and coordination with contractors to deliver their services.

·       This position requires regular communication with Zoetis APAC GO leads located in Singapore. Applicant must be able to communicate in English both in writing and verbal.

·       This position requires someone who can work independently and able to communicate confidently to maintain the professionalism and credibility of Global Operations.
