German Speaking Customer Support Specialist | Lisbon

Job Description

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site position based in Lisbon, Portugal, delivering premium customer service for a leading international brand.
In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing friendly, efficient assistance across multiple digital channels. You will troubleshoot service inquiries, assist with account and order management, and deliver outstanding customer experiences within a modern, multicultural office environment.

Your Role

• Deliver professional, empathetic customer care in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  
• Assist customers with account configurations, order processing, delivery tracking, billing, and returns.
  
• Diagnose customer issues accurately and guide users toward clear, sustainable resolutions.
  
• Maintain high service quality, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  
• Accurately log customer interactions, case notes, and outcomes in internal CRM databases.
  
• Identify recurring issues or usability challenges and communicate them to team leads.
  
• Collaborate with peers and specialized escalation units to resolve complex cases promptly.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
  
• Solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal collaboration, training, and systems use.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
  
• Clear verbal communication and precise written grammar.
  
• Good digital literacy and the ability to multitask across several software tools and tabs.
  
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, hospitality, or retail is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
  
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon across rotating operational schedules covering Monday through Sunday.
  

The Offer

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour daily shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (with 2 scheduled rest days per week).
