Responsibilities: • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish • Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information • Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • Must be computer proficient • State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
