CDL-A Equipment Operator – Infrastructure Maintenance – Taneytown, MD
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Starting Pay: $26.00/hour; higher depending on experience
Position Summary
We are hiring a CDL-A Equipment Operator to support infrastructure maintenance, repair, and construction-related field projects. This position combines commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and physically demanding outdoor work.
The role is best suited to candidates who enjoy active fieldwork, can operate construction machinery, and are prepared to work extended hours and respond to changing project demands.

40 hours guaranteed each week.Average workload of 60 or more hours per week, with significant overtime.On-call availability 24/7, including weekends and holidays.Time-and-a-half for hours outside Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., under the stated pay arrangement.Per diem, hotel reimbursement, and layover pay for qualifying travel assignments.
