Business Systems Support Specialist/Junior Business Systems Analyst

 

This position is 100% on-site in Lancaster, PA. Remote work is not available. Candidates must reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate before their start date.

What You'll Do

• Be an integral part of the multi-discipline Business Systems team within the WVC IT department.
• Collaborate with the Business Systems Team to provide Help Desk support for existing business systems including but not limited to ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale.
• Manage and maintain routine processes such as regular report generation, audits, manual data transfers, and other manual processes.
• Assist the Business Systems Team with creating automated processes, gathering business requirements, documentation, and other system related tasks.
• Participate in the IT On Duty evening and weekend emergency on call schedule.

What You Bring

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Training in system design, business process analysis, working with databases, Basic skills in Power BI, Cognos BI, or Tableau desired
• Basic skills in Excel, SQL, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
• Clear oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical audiences
• Exhibit collaborative and team-focused skills and attitude
• Experience in customer support desired
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Organization skills

Schedule & Hours

• Full Time 40 hours/week
• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
